EEIG, Professional Partnerships, Funds
The company law admits only an imperatively pre-determined range of legal forms. It includes, however, considerably more types than is widely assumed.
Among them are for instance European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) for business cross-border activities in Europe, professional partnership as a special legal from reserved for professionals, or investment funds as a collecting point for large capital.
It is frequently only the knowledge of basic structure of business units and their comparison from the civil and fiscal point of view that gives sufficient certainty as for which direction to choose. In case no option "really" fits creativity is needed.
Combined models can still produce the desired result.
